Justine Del Monte

Justine is an experienced attorney specializing in labour law and industrial relations. She was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2002 and has specialised in labour law in excess of 20 years. She is a Conflict Dynamics and Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (UK) accredited commercial mediator having completed her training in December 2022. She is passionate about the benefits of appropriate dispute resolution and the positive outcomes it can create for all parties involved.

Her preferred style of mediation is facilitative. However, in employment disputes she is open to engaging in evaluative mediation should both parties request it.
