Katherine is an admitted attorney and senior associate at specialist commercial law firm Gillan & Veldhuizen Inc. She obtained her BA, LLB and LLM (commercial and international environmental law) at UCT and worked as a Teaching and Research Assistant in Commercial Transactions Law, Corporations Law and Labour Law at UCT.
She has experience in commercial law, company law and insolvency law and has co-authored several articles on the role of mediation and alternative dispute resolution in company disputes and insolvency matters.
